Individual Coaching 

I coach primarily by phone, making it easy and convenient to receive my services.  I offer a complimentary sample session to all my prospective clients.  I want you to feel that we are a "good fit" and be comfortable with me and the coaching process.  Each sample session is 30-minutes with additional time to discuss my fees.

How do  you get started?

Once you determine that my services are right for you, I will send you an initial questionnaire to accelerate the discovery process.  This will help us to design our relationship.  In our first session, we will discuss and commit to our coaching partnership.  I will share how I can customize my program for your expressed objectives as well as what is expected of you as we work together.

Are you in the middle of a career or life transition? The Now What coaching program, created by Laura Berman Fortgang will help you navigate the unknown with a structured format for personal discovery. It will empower you to discover your passion, uncover your life purpose, and develop a plan for what’s next.

As an authorized facilitator, I offer this program in both individual and group formats. Each week, you’ll read a chapter, reflect on powerful questions and take actions to make immediate changes. During our sessions, we will discuss your insights, coach through blocks, and design next steps. You will shift from uncertainty to focused action and gain clarity around what’s next for you.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is a powerful alternative to individual coaching. You have the benefit of sharing and growing alongside others who are in a similar stage of exploration. Currently, I am offering the following group:
