It is my goal to provide an environment where you feel safe and secure to explore and grow. We will work together to create a plan that is in alignment with your desires and design a framework for accountability. How do you get started?
I coach by phone or in person and require an initial commitment of three months. After you complete a comprehensive Coaching Welcome Packet, we begin with a one-hour orientation conversation for a one-time fee of $100 (in-person, if you are local). Then we will move into the coaching “package” of your choice. Email feedback and “Coach on Call” (5-10 minute calls) between scheduled calls are also included in your monthly retainer. The Now What coaching program, created by Laura Berman Fortgang will help you navigate the unknown with a structured format for personal discovery. It will empower you to discover your passion, uncover your life purpose, and develop a plan for what’s next. As a pioneer in the career coaching industry, Laura wrote this book after working with hundreds of clients. I have been personally trained by Laura and am the only authorized facilitator in the state of Kentucky.
I offer this program in both individual and group formats. Each week, you’ll read a chapter, reflect on powerful questions and take actions to make immediate changes. Weekly, we will meet by phone to discuss your insights, coach through blocks, and design next steps. You will shift from uncertainty to focused action and gain clarity around what’s next for you.
Print is a methodology system of cataloguing human behavior composed of a print identification process and a series of reports that explore motivation. Specifically, the report identifies best and shadow behaviors that support the underlying motivator. The goal of the methodology is to increase best self and decrease shadow behaviors, helping individuals and teams reach their highest potential. There are nine basic prints and everyone has two prints—a major and a minor.
Are you ready to discover why you do the things you do in your Best Self and when you are stressed or pressured into your “Shadow” behaviors? This online tool will provide you with information about your “Unconscious Motivator” so you will understand better what drives you – your decisions and responses. How does it work?
To begin the process, you will complete an online Print Survey for a fee of $50. Next, we will schedule a Print debrief to go over the results of your Print report. We will discuss your unconscious motivators, best self behavior, shadow behavior, behaviors you seek to avoid, possible triggers, and productivity. Printing is a methodology for growth, not a methodology for judgment. All prints are good. All have best self and shadow sides.
